Please be mindful that we do not offer a refund for a return that is a change of mind.

Non-refundable Items
Some items are universally deemed as non-refundable.
For copyright and intellectual property reasons, items such as publishing and software are deemed non-refundable.
For resale purposes, consumable items that have been opened, such as guitar strings or cables, are deemed non-refundable.
For health and safety reasons, items that have been in contact with bodily fluids, such as microphones, reeds, mouthpieces, harmonicas, headphones, in-ear monitors, etc, are deemed as non-refundable.
When Can You Return an Item?
You deserve products that meet your expectations. You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or store credit if the item you have purchased is:
Faulty
Significantly different to what was shown, advertised or described
Did not perform as reasonably expected

How to return an item
Please fill in the return form (located above).
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Musos Corner will not accept liability for damage that may occur during transit. Please pack your returned item(s) carefully.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you as soon as possible of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return and subsequent refund are approved, we will initiate a refund using the original method of payment.
Change of mind / Store credit
We don't automatically offer returns for a change of mind; however, we may offer you a store credit if your item is in its original unused condition.
If you are applying to return your item for a change of mind. The form must be filled out within 14 days of your purchase.
If a return is accepted for a store credit, it will be less any freight costs and a 10% restocking fee
To be eligible for a return for credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (Often we have this on file)
