The Made in Japan Traditional series fuses the traditional look and feel of vintage style instruments with Fender Japan’s sophisticated craftsmanship. The Made in Japan Traditional Late '60s Jazzmaster® features a gloss-finished basswood body with vintage-style 21 frets and a 9.5-inch radius "U"-shaped maple neck. We’ve paired this neck profile with a narrow nut width to provide an easy playing feel unique to the Traditional series. The 6-saddle vintage-style bridge with floating tremolo tailpiece and original pickups produce a realistic and musical vintage tone. Designed to replicate the look of a late 1960s instrument, this model features a bound neck and block position inlays. The Made in Japan Traditional Series is here to provide solid guitar craftsmanship, and a flexible instrument to suit the needs of any modern player.
For over 40 years we have stood proudly behind Fender. As an official Authorised Fender Dealer we have sold literally thousands upon thousands of Fender guitars and amplifiers dating back to the first Pink Paisley Telecaster in Australia. As an authorised Fender Service Centre, we take great care when it comes to repairing, servicing and setting up Fender guitars and amps. We are one of the leading advocates for the Fender Custom Shop range in Australia and we love being able to take customers on the journey of designing and receiving their custom-built dream guitar; the look in their eye when that beautiful instrument arrives is still one of the reasons we love what we do. We also pride ourselves on the incredibly close and personal relationship we have with Fender Music Australia (and the Fender Music Instrument Corp.) that extends to not only regular specialised training and updates for our devoted staff but also to personal invites for VIP tours of the Fender factories (in the US) and invites to see some of the greatest guitarists of all time including Bonnie Rait, Mick Thompson and Jim Root, to name just a few. Fender for life.

Here at Musos Corner, the things that matter to Musos, matter to us.
First, we stacked our store with a massive range of brands to suit every budget, then we filled our store with working Musos who are experts; guys and girls who are passionate about putting the right gear in your hands. We are proud of our independent Newcastle store since 1967, we love our gear, and we love getting you the right gear for your needs!
We like to think that's why we're the people's music store..... Find out more...
