As an authorised Fender Service Centre, we take great care when it comes to repairing, servicing and setting up Fender guitars and amps. We are one of the leading advocates for the Fender Custom Shop range in Australia and we love being able to take customers on the journey of designing and receiving their custom-built dream guitar; the look in their eye when that beautiful instrument arrives is still one of the reasons we love what we do. We also pride ourselves on the incredibly close and personal relationship we have with Fender Music Australia (and the Fender Music Instrument Corp.) that extends to not only regular specialised training and updates for our devoted staff but also to personal invites for VIP tours of the Fender factories (in the US) and invites to see some of the greatest guitarists of all time including Bonnie Rait, Mick Thompson and Jim Root, to name just a few.
