The PREFACE is a foot-operated, multi-channel, all-tube preamplifier operating at proper voltages. In conjunction with a quality IR the PREFACE delivers authentic, tube guitar tones in the "direct" format. Equally at home as the front-end for a conventional amp setup, the PREFACE is your source of inspiring tones from beautiful cleans, vintage overdrives and blistering high-gain.Â
